The A.O. Jones Rapidplay Tournament held on Saturday 18th May 2013 at the Briton Ferry Chess Club produced an outright winner. Against strong opposition that included Gareth Harley-Yeo (2nd) and Peter Bevan, Ian Jones and Phillipe Rodgers (all joint 3rd), Bill Hewitt of the White Knights Chess Club came out on top. No wonder he is smiling!

The best performances from the lower graded players (under 1300) came from Guto Neave and Connor Hunt, both up and coming youngsters with lots of potential.
