The League was quiet last week with only four matches played. In Division 1 White Knights C stopped their run of losing matches by beating BF Brunel 3-2, while in Division 2 their club mates White Knights E gained a valuable point against Upper Killay Harriers. Also in Division 2 Morriston D crumbled 1.5-3.5 against Woodman A and Tribunes moved closer to the leaders with an unsurprising 3-2 home win against an Upper Killay Hawks team who turned up two players short!

Attention at the end of the week turned to the Weekend Congress held at the Mercure Hotel in Swansea. Morriston's Carl Strugnell shared first prize in the Open section; Fei Geo also of Morriston won the Major and Paul Bevan (Woodman) and Mateusz Sieduszewski (Morriston) shared first place in the Minor section. All in all a good weekend for Morriston who, as their secretary is not shy in pointing out, currently top both Divisions.
