Our two top teams, Nidum A and White Knights A, met last Wednesday and as might be expected the result was close. So close they could not be separated and both teams had to be content with a draw. The result leaves Nidum A sitting at the top of the table having played an extra match. White Knights will have to whitewash their C team, a week Wednesday, if they want to get back on even footing. There were two other matches played last week in Division 1. Morriston A and Port Talbot shared the spoils while Nidum B lost to White Knights B; results which keep all four teams in mid table, clear of the relegation zone but offering no threat to the top teams.

All eight teams in Division 2 were in action last week. Although defeated by UK Merlins some credible draws by Woodman B players showed that they have not given up just yet. CN Emperors and BF Brunel cancelled each other out allowing Brunel to stay in contention for the one promotion spot. After last week?s unexpected defeat to Woodman A the Morriston B team recovered with a win over BF Giants and are alongside Brunel in match points. White Knights D had an unequivocal win over Woodman A and are in second place albeit having played an extra match. All in all a bit too close to call at this stage.

The two matches in Division 3 saw Morriston C defeat UK Harriers and retain their top spot with a two point advantage. White Knights E beat UK Eagles and are now third.
