Player registrations

A quick reminder to all you team captains out there to make life easier for those who organise. Remember that although the initial registration of current members is passed to the treasurer, any new registrations after this point must be sent to the division controller, treasurer and grading officer.

It might make you wonder why this is so important, but there are a number of reasons if we are to have smooth running.
The division controller has to make decide on whether penalisation points occur if a player hasn't been registered. The treasurer confirms that payment has been made, and the grading officer needs to generate the new approximated grade for a player as quickly as possible possible so that we know where they should be playing in a team and the grading results of a game.

If you want any clarification of this, you can look at registrations in the yearbook and 2.7 player eligibility.

Thank you for your time,
