Unless they do something foolish and accumulate default points Morriston C are now assured of the Division 3 title and possession of the Tom Hughes Trophy. A 2-3 win away to UK Eagles means that they cannot now be caught and in the unlikely event that they lose their remaining 5 matches they would still be top. BF Ferrymen whitewashed White Knights E and remain second while Morriston D are comfortably third after a 4-1 win over UK Harriers. In the other Division 3 match Tribunes drew with UK Hawks and move up to fourth.

In Division 1 all eight teams were in action with the top three all taking home the points. Morriston A beat White Knights B 4.5-0.5; Nidum A beat White Knights C by the same score and White Knights A, away to Falcons, won 4-1. In the final match played Port Talbot went down 2-3 to Nidum B. Struggling Falcons have also conceded a match that should have been played on the 3rd February against Morriston A. This is the second match defaulted by Falcons and under League rules they are now considered to have withdrawn from the League. Unless there is an appeal the scores of all Falcons matches will be cancelled. Individual game results will, of course, still stand.

Division 2 remains close. Emperors leapfrogged back into second place courtesy of a match default by Woodman B and are now only 3 points behind with two matches in hand. BF Giants beat UK Merlins 3-2 and move ahead of them in the table. Emperors face Morriston B this week in a match that could be instrumental in deciding who challenges Brunel for the Division 2 title

In the KO Cup there was 1 match played and two withdrawals. In the Under 1500 section Morriston C lost 1-2 at home to UK Eagles (both teams defaulted bottom board); Eagles will now meet either Woodman or White Knights in a semi-final. In the Under 1800 section both Giants and Woodman withdrew allowing White Knights a pass into the semi?s to meet Port Talbot while Emperors go forward and meet Morriston.
