Its that time of year again when clubs prepare themselves for the Stan Fortt final, ready to take each other on to see who wins the cup. Good luck to those playing in a week Wednesday on the 6th of May at Morriston RFC 7.15pm - always a real battle of the giants. In the Open its not surprising that the two leading teams in the league take each other on, Morriston Balrogs and White Knights A.

Another Morriston team, the Banshees, fights it out in the U1900s but this time its the (predominantly) student team, Noah's Yard A, that join the fray. Can they survive without the drinks of their home pub?

Finally, in the U1650 a three way jamboree there are multiple clubs fighting for the Nicholson Shield (re-shaped into an actual shield this year!), with Noah's Yard B, Morriston Hydras and Castell Nedd Centurions competing.
